It is our goal at Ruth to provide female athletes with opportunities in order to for them to gain employment in the jobs they love. We prepare and empower female athletes to step into careers that will help them lead.
By joining the Ruth CommuniTeam®, athletes gain access to the following programs designed to direct and support engaged, female leaders.

The Ruth CommuniTeam® knows the power of team and with Ruth you will have the entire network to engage through college and beyond through our events and private LinkedIn group.
Ruth partners with leading employers who are looking for top candidates and value what female athletes bring. Hear from our partner employers and have access to their internships and jobs.
It takes knowledge, skill and practice to present yourself when interviewing for a job. Ruth will provide the education and practical steps needed to bring female athelete's strengths to the interview.
Experienced Ruth coaches from diverse industries offer support at every stage, from career exploration, strategies for finding a job and navigating career.
Ruth offers a wide range of podcasts to learn about careers across industries, prepare for internships and jobs, and continuing to find your personal passion.
Ruth helps you strengthen your resume and CV by providing education and samples as well as the opportunity for a Ruth review and comments.
Ruth circles are 5-10 members of the Communiteam who have common career interests. Circle members share experience and support each other.
Join regularly scheduled Zoom meetings to hear from Ruth CommmuniTeam® professionals and companies where you will learn and create your own plan.

Ruth CommuniTeam®
Annual Dues
For College Athletes
$99 for college athletes. Access to all education, zoom meetings, podcasts and job postings. One coaching and resume review annually with additional sessions available for a fee.
For Athlete Alumnae
$149 for alumnae who have graduated within three years.
$199 for alumnae who have graduated more than three years.
Alumnae that sign up to be a coach to meet with college athletes will have their annual fee waived.
